At Free-Doodles.com, we offer a huge collection of doodles spanning a wide range of themes and styles. Whether you’re looking for cute animals, architectural doodles with beautiful culture, or just some free doodle-y icons for your project, we have what you need. Did we mention free?
Whether your project is a new website or a craft project with Cricut, search our categories to find the perfect doodle for it. Our artist uses a mix of Illustrator and hand-drawn techniques to produce our doodles, and we endeavour to make them free to download and use for everyone.
Designed first and foremost for flexibility and scalability, our free vector art and illustrations collection has something for everyone. All of our doodles are black and white, but we try to vary their design so that they stay flexible and relevant for every application you can think of. All our doodles feature a transparent background, making them ideal for seamless integration into any design. If you download an SVG, we add a 0px square border to define the scale of the doodle so that you can swap them in and out without worrying about changing your CSS. Our images are available in SVG, PNG (2 sizes), and WebP format. Just click through to download your desired image, and if you’ve made a style you’re particularly fond of on our website, just copy and paste the code right from our editor.
These might be our doodles, but it’s all you baby, it’s your imagination and it’s your creative vision we want to empower. That’s why we’re striving to not just have a huge library, but also a functional one. Our collection includes everything from intricate line drawings to simple, expressive scribbles and frame miniature artworks, all designed to add a creative touch to your work. Our doodles are all black and white only. Why? Because we want to give you the maximum flexibility to colorize and customize them to suit your brand’s aesthetic. With easy-to-use CSS filters, you can quickly apply effects and styles, making these doodles a versatile choice for any design task.
At Free Doodles, we offer high-quality SVG images and vector PNGs that are perfect for both digital and print projects. If you want something for printed media, animation, or something you can edit in Illustrator, download an SVG. Otherwise, look to either PNG or WebP. Our PNGs are available in 2 different sizes, both of which include an alpha layer (transparent background); pick the smaller 1200x1200px size if you want an image that is lightweight, otherwise pick the larger 4800x4800px size if you want one that is high quality.
Some doodle SVGs feature a lot of points, so if you’re designing for the web and you want to optimize DOM loading on complex doodles, we suggest downloading your doodle as a WebP file. We chose WebP over AVIF due to its support for transparency, but you’re free to convert our doodles to whatever file format you prefer.
All of the illustrations and doodles on our site are issued with a Creative Commons 4.0 ShareAlike License and can be used for both personal and commercial projects free of charge forever. There are some exceptions where we won’t offer any license, those include for the purposes of training AI or for redistribution on an unauthorized website where that site intends to resell, reissue the image under a different license, sell it, or if that website is a direct competitor of ours. Our policy is that every image must be manually downloaded by a human through the intended means to be granted a license.
While we do explicitly state that we want attribution, what we want is to build rapport and prevent the redistribution of images. Sometime soon we would like ads to support the creation of more images faster, so the more people come to us, the more and the better quality images we can make for you. Our policy on attribution is designed for improving the user experience and making this project financially viable. Attribution is not a weapon we use for punishing users when they make mistakes.
Our doodles are curated by our in-house artist from InkyWinky, meaning that you can be assured that you’re getting the best. We try our best to stay consistent, however, our collection does tend to feature a range of styles, from minimalist line art to more complex, detailed sketches. All our doodles are easy to edit using simple CSS filters, giving you the freedom to experiment and find the perfect fit for your project. With every doodle available in a convenient square format, you can effortlessly incorporate them into your designs, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.
